Bridgefield Condominiums $1,000.00 Guarantee Conditions

1. Customer must complete a guided tour at Bridgefield Condominiums located at 8434 Walerga Road in Antelope California, 95843.
2. Customer and Bridgefield Sales Team Member must complete, sign, and date the tour checklist immediately after the tour on the day of the tour at Bridgefield Condominiums.
3. Customer must identify an available condominium at Bridgefield Condominiums on the day of the tour as a subject condominium for a base of comparison to our competition to validate the offer.
4. If Customer purchases and closes escrow on a new condominium not located at Bridgefield Condominiums within thirty (30) days from the date of the original guided tour at Bridgefield Condominiums, Bridgefield Condominiums will pay the Customer a $1,000.00 guarantee fee upon proof of the close of escrow on the non-Bridgefield property so long as all of the following conditions have been met.
   1. The non-Bridgefield comparison property must have at least all of the same included standard features and community amenities as the Bridgefield comparison property.
   2. The non-Bridgefield comparison property must have a purchase price not greater then the Bridgefield comparison property.
   3. The non-Bridgefield comparison property must be like property (a new condominium and not a condominium conversion, multi-level townhome, single family detached, or re-sale home)
   4. The non-Bridgefield comparison property must be within a fifteen (15) mile radius from Bridgefield Condominiums located at 8434 Walerga Road in Antelope California, 95843.
   5. The non-Bridgefield property must be offering at least the same or more in Seller incentives as the Bridgefield comparison property.
   6. The non-Bridgefield comparison property must have an initial purchase deposit equal to, or less then, the Bridgefield comparison property.
5. Bridgefield Condominiums (The Seller) reserves the right to modify or discontinue the $1,000.00 guarantee program at any time and without notice. Prices, incentives, and terms are subject to change at Sellers sole discretion and without notice. Seller incentives are guaranteed to be available with use of Seller’s preferred lender only, and lending restrictions may apply.
